Baker Perkins biscuit and cracker equipment
Gerard Nelson has been appointed global sales manager for the Baker Perkins range of equipment for the biscuit and cracker industries.
He joins Baker Perkins from an Italian capital equipment manufacturer where he was responsible for managing a network of distributors and agents in South America, Europe, India and the Middle East.
His most recent position was sales manager based in the USA.
Gerard is an Economics graduate and is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
Baker Perkins has supplied biscuit manufacturers with a comprehensive range of equipment, from mixers to sandwiching machines, for over 100 years.
