Baker Perkins hosting International Showcase

To celebrate another great year for sales of Biscuit equipment Baker Perkins is hosting an international showcase at their factory in Peterborough, UK, from the 29th to 30th January. Visitors will be able see a complete line of the latest equipment. Including:
- 1100HS high speed dough mixer
- Dough feed system
- 1.5m wide sheet forming and cutting line
- Hybrid oven with DGF and Jectirc Convection modules
This is a unique opportunity to examine closely a complete line and understand the attention to detail that has made Baker Perkins the most respected biscuit equipment manufacturer in the world. To help visitors get the most from the inspection Baker Perkins' engineering team will be on hand to discuss the key features and explain the benefits.
As well as viewing the equipment there will be detailed technical presentations from senior engineers, plus the opportunity for visitors to discuss their own particular requirements.
