Jetcirc Convection Oven

Convection baking offers rapid baking and effective drying of all types of baked snacks. High volumes of air ensure consistent baking of product across the band and make convection baking particularly appropriate for snacks where even colouring is required. Control of humidity is independent of heat input enabling the low moisture content needed for crunchy texture to be readily achieved.
