Flexiflame Ribbon Burner

The new Flexiflame burner from Baker Perkins is an invaluable tool to bakers who want to maximise heat balance across and down the oven for an even bake. The burners come in 1, 3 or 5 flame sections. The flame widths in each section can be adjusted on the run without removing the whole burner assembly.

The main burner body remains in place, the gas/air head and internal parts are removed in seconds and flame widths adjusted where required, thus matching any changes required for new product patterns. This unique design also means that Flexiflame burners are interchangeable with one another with no down time.

The burner body is precision machined and stress relieved for long life and minimal distortion. The ribbon pack can be replaced quickly, without the need to replace the whole burner.

There is instant access to the air/gas mixer jets and no tools are required.

Flame widths range from 800mm (31.5 inches) - 2100mm (82.5 inches).

The burners are compatible with new and existing ovens and commonly used fuels. A survey can be arranged through the Customer Services department to assess your requirements.
