Used mainly for the production of cookies, Baker Perkins’ rotary
moulding ensures proper extraction because great care is taken at
the design stage with draft angles and corner radii.
The mould units are available in one piece or sectional construction in plain or coated bronze. Plastic insert rolls offer enhanced release properties, reducing the need for re-coating. Test dies and water-jacketed die rolls are also available.
