Baker Perkins offers a number of upgrades that extend the useful life of equipment by reducing operating costs or converting it to run new product styles. Current upgrades include
Sugar Free Cooking Upgrade - enables Microfilm cookers to cook sugar-free syrups
Milk Injection Upgrade - enables Microfilm cookers to cook high milk or cream syrups without risk of burning
Indirect Condenser Conversion - reduces water and energy consumption on Microfilm cookers by using recirculateing cooling water to condense flashed off vapour.
