Sugar Free Cooking Upgrade
Existing Microfilm cookers can be upgraded to cook sugar free syrups using polyols such as Isomalt form Palatinit
The unit is self contained and skid mounted and sits alongside the existing Microfilm cooker. No modifications to the cooker are required and the ability to cook sugar syrups is retained.
