Accurist Divider 5000 - 9000 conversion
The Baker Perkins Accurist divider is known for delivering sustained accuracy and reliable operation over many years of demanding use. As a result many customers have older dividers that are still running well and may not warrant replacement. However the 5000 divider can become a limiting factor in maximum plant throughput and is often operating alongside newer 9000 dividers.

Higher throughput from a single divider:
- Removes possible limit on plant rate
- Potential for single divider to replace two dividers
- New drive allows higher speed operation at 30 strokes/minute = 9000 pieces/hr using a 5 pocket division box*
- Commonality with other 9000 dividers for maintenance, spares and production set-up / capability
- Improved reliability when running below maximum speed of new heavier duty drive
- Dividing accuracy maintained
Upgrade package:
- New drive motor with inverter control for higher speed
- New ram lever and linkage for increased stroke
- New main and buffer springs to give correct pressure
- New rear covers to accommodate altered lever motion
* Additional associated work may be required depending on the age and exact model of divider and its installed configuration.
