Lump Breaker
The cooked cereal from the rotary cereal cooker has large
agglomerates. The lump breaker receives the cooked cereal from the
screw conveyor and breaks the product down before transferring the
product to the next process of either bin conditioning or cooked
cereal drying. The breaker comprises a pair of stainless steel
pegged rolls housed in a stainless steel enclosure and driven by a
fixed speed electric drive.
