Pile Pack Creamer

This process produces piles of two sandwiches that are collated
into pack lengths of 1-6 piles. The principal application is vend
packs, although longer
retail packs with a card insert are also possible.
High efficiency
The pile pack creamer uses
the same process as High Speed creamers - magazines, pin chains and
a pumped rotary stencil. It therefore offers
many of the same benefits in terms of versatility, feeding methods,
output per lane, accuracy and hygiene.
Simple operation
The pile pack has two
lanes but creaming in each is sequential rather than simultaneous.
After compiling one sandwich, the second is formed on top of it,
creating a two-high pile with no need for complex lane merging
devices.
The required piles are collated into pack lengths and fed directly
to a HFFS wrapping machine: there is no need for cooling. This
seamless operation reduces capital cost, complexity, downtime and
waste.
