Direct Gas Fired Oven

The Direct Gas Fired (DGF) Oven is a modular oven offering great flexibility in its baking characteristics.  Able to produce everything from high bake crackers to the softest cookie, the system is well proven in applications all over the world.  The DGF uses ribbon burners mounted laterally above and below the band to apply heat with turbulence and offers the ability to speed up the bake time.

This latest model has been designed with the aid of sophisticated computer modeling systems to provide optimum productivity of the major components (i.e. burners, extraction ducts and turbulence ducts).  Managing the airflow in this way gives accurate, predictable control with no edge burning effects.
