Jelly Topper
The Baker Perkins Jelly Topper is a versatile machine for depositing Jams and Jellies onto Biscuits and Cookies, enabling new value-added products to be produced.
The machine uses a manifold to apply the topping. Adjustment of a piston stroke varies the weight. Positional accuracy of the deposit is guaranteed by horizontal head movement in relation to band speed.
This unit is typically mounted over the extraction web of a rotary moulder or over the oven band after a wirecut or depositor.
