Series 2 Three Roll Sheeter
As part of the Series 2 sheet forming and cutting machines, the three roll sheeter takes either a bulk or metered feed of dough and forms a compacted sheet. The infeed hopper contains a partitioned compartment to integrate returned scrap dough into the underside of the fresh dough to produce a consistent sheet.
The three rolls are configured to create a compression chamber which homogenates the dough, but without over working it. Normally the dough sheet is discharged out of the front of the unit ("front discharge") but back discharge versions are also available. Stainless steel covers enclose the machine and are designed with careful consideration for safety, access, hygiene and cleaning.
