World Wirecuts

Unparalleled versatility, productivity and rapid payback are all uniquely combined in our World Wirecuts.  Our World Wirecuts are available in two models:  The SM World Wirecut for medium ouputs (up to 200 cuts per minute) with limited options and our HS World Wirecut for high outputs (up to 300 cuts per minute) with a variety of available options.

Guaranteed best-in-class weight control is achieved through unique die and filler block technology and intelligent design features ensure optimum sanitation levels, even to allergen standards.  Higher usage levels with less giveaway ensures a low cost of ownership.

Our patented clamshell head allows fast removal of the die and filler block during changeover for easy cleaning and increased productivity. 

Our World Wirecuts can handle a wide range of doughs and inclusions including plain and chocolate chip cookie dough, filled bars and folded cookies. 

Baker Perkins provides its customers with die design and manufacturing services to support their Wirecut machines and also fully equipped Innovation Centres which support customer testing and demonstration needs. 

The SM Wirecut is part of our Build-for-Stock program and can be ready to ship in as little as two weeks.
