Series 2 Cutting Machine

The Series 2 Cutting Machine comprises a number of units which sheet, gauge and then cut dough pieces. Traditionally used on hard and semi-sweet products such as Marie, Petit Buerre and enzyme raised crackers the range is finding increased applications for both baked snacks and soft dough products where a lighter texture is required.
The unit is capable of very high output and offers unrivalled weight control due to solid gauge rolls and accurate speed cascade. There is a wide range of units and options available to ensure your exact requirements are met.
