The TruClean™ Wirecut
has been designed in accordance with industry guidelines on
sanitation, including the GMA’s 10 Principles of Equipment Design.
This not only reduces cross-contamination risk compared to
conventional machines but easier cleaning to the required standard
also reduces operating costs
Precise Weight Control
The new design uses
the same well-proven process as the previous Baker Perkins World
Wirecut and offers the same outstanding weight control of +/- 1-2%
on plain dough. No other wirecut comes close to this
performance. For products with inclusions, cutting
consistency and deposit accuracy can be improved with an
oscillating knife.
Rapid Payback

fast changeovers, low waste and minimal giveaway enable high
production rates to be maintained while keeping operating costs
