4000 First Prover

The 4000 is available in two versions, having either 6 or 8 pocket prover trays, to handle throughputs of up to 3000/hr and 5000/hr and weights of up to 1750gm* and 1100gm* respectively.

* assuming that specific volume on discharge does not exceed 1.1litres/kg.

Features:

• Intermittent drive, the prover trays being loaded when stationary.
• Integral feed and discharge conveyors.
• Dough pieces discharged into prover pockets by means of pusher bar.
• Air fan to dry pockets.
• Extractor fan in overhead section to reduce humidity build up.
