Cylindrical Rounder
The cylindrical Rounder accepts divided dough pieces, moulds them into ball shapes as they pass up the spiral trough, and dries the surface of the dough with filtered air.
Standard Features:
- Adjustable troughs in segments.
- 1.5 or 1.75 turns around the rotating cylinder.
- Air nozzles with ducts in the frame legs.
- Drive by integral geared motor.
Optional Features:
- Fan with filter.
- Adaptor piece for connection to a process air unit in place of the air fan.
- Controls and contactors for fan and drive motor, mounted on the machine.
- Discharge chute, for special discharge arrangements.
- Special final trough for 200g minimum weight; maximum is 1000g.
- Drive from the geared motor also taken to a first prover via a shaft coupling.
- Variable leg heights.
- Extra turn to make trough length 2.5 or 2.75 turns.
- Extra stainless steel air pipes, with larger fan.
