Conical Moulder

The conical moulder accepts divided dough pieces and moulds them into ball shapes as they pass up the spiral trough; air is blown onto the dough pieces to assist the moulding process

Standard Features:

• Adjustable troughs in segments with numbered indicator
• 1.75 turns around the rotating cone
• Air nozzles with ducts in the frame legs
• Drive by integral geared motor
• Powered inverted discharge cone
• Optional Features:
• Fan with filter
• Adaptor piece for connection to a process air unit in place of the air fan
• Controls and contactors for fan and drive motor, mounted on the machine
• Discharge chute, for special discharge arrangements
• Drive from the geared motor also taken to a first prover via a shaft coupling
• Variable leg heights
• Lower discharge height, obtained with the first trough segment horizontal
• Extra stainless steel air pipes, with larger fan for increased air flows
• Alternate number of turns around the rotating cone, i.e. 1.5, 2.5 or 2.75 turns
• Special angle between two discharge conveyors
