Conical Rounder
The conical moulder accepts divided dough pieces and moulds them into ball shapes as they pass up the spiral trough; air is blown onto the dough pieces to assist the moulding process
Standard Features:
- Adjustable troughs in segments with numbered indicator
- 1.75 turns around the rotating cone
- Air nozzles with ducts in the frame legs
- Drive by integral geared motor
- Powered inverted discharge cone
- Optional Features:
- Fan with filter
- Adaptor piece for connection to a process air unit in place of the air fan
- Controls and contactors for fan and drive motor, mounted on the machine
- Discharge chute, for special discharge arrangements
- Drive from the geared motor also taken to a first prover via a shaft coupling
- Variable leg heights
- Lower discharge height, obtained with the first trough segment horizontal
- Extra stainless steel air pipes, with larger fan for increased air flows
- Alternate number of turns around the rotating cone, i.e. 1.5, 2.5 or 2.75 turns
- Special angle between two discharge conveyors
