Versatility
A range of machine sizes with output capacities up to 2000

ServoForm™ Electronic Depositor
The latest design servo driven electronic depositor is the
culmination of the experience and knowledge gained from more than
40 years in the industry, along with a continuing commitment to an
extensive research and
development programme.
Single Tier Cooling Tunnel
- Simple operation and maintenance, easy to clean with high hygiene levels and excellent access into tunnel area
- Inverter controlled airflow allows precise match of cooling profile to the needs of individual product recipes via the PLC control
- Refrigerated cooling available for specific process applications
- Excellent hygiene with no gaps between moulds eliminating the risk of product fall through
- Low maintenance product discharge station
Improved Mould Design
- Quick release carrier mould design for easy cleandown and changeover of mould sets
- Fixed design prevents moulds from dropping out or jamming at turning points
- Solid construction provides dimensional stability and ejection efficiency
- Unique mould construction and continuous mould circuit ensures optimum heat transfer, reduced cooling times, reduced energy usage and highest end product quality
- FDA approved mould coatings
- Rubber and metal moulds available with mechanical or compressed air product ejection
Low Retention Hopper
- Reduced hopper retention times with easy product feed and reduced risk of process inversion
- Independently controlled oil-heated hoppers ensure even distribution of heat to minimise risk of burning and discolouration and optimum process control
- Self-draining hopper improves product flow and reduces cleandown time
- Unique manifold design with guided piston arrangement avoids product tailing and enables higher running speeds
Underband Drive
- All drive components are mounted on the machine (underband) rather than on the depositing head
- Unique underband design achieves higher depositr running speeds to maximise output capacity
- Minimises maintenance requirements and reduces machine footprint
- Machine is hydraulic free, thus avoiding risk of oil leakage onto product area
- Open hopper area for ease of maintenance, cleandown and access for product feeds
- Three axis servo control ensures complete control over the depositing process with fine tuning ‘on the run’ of depositor operation
- Optional 4th axis servo control available

Process Control
- Full PLC control and touch sensitive HMI provide full process visualisation, recipe management and alarm handling
