Depositing of cooked syrups into silicone or metal moulds to make soft confectionery products offers greater product variety and superior quality to conventional processes. One-shot depositing of two components provides the versatility to make a wide range of added-value products while the continuous process allows high outputs, high efficiencies and low production costs to be achieved.

product quality is obtained by continuously depositing into
silicone or metal moulds at final moisture. This creates
confectionery pieces that are perfectly shaped, with a beautifully
smooth surface finish, no air bubbles and no flashing. The
confectionery pieces not only look better, they taste better
through enhanced flavour release and a smoother texture.
Versatile Product Range
Each ServoForm™ is
capable of producing an almost unlimited variety of solid, striped,
filled and layered confectionery with two flavours/components.
Additional versatility is provided by the ability to incorporate
inclusions such as cherries or nuts and by combining multiple
depositing heads on the same line to make cups. Multi-purpose
plants to make soft confectionery and hard candy are also
available.
Efficient Production
High-output,
continuous production with rapid changeover, low scrap rates and
minimal labour requirements keep unit costs extremely low. The
consistent size, shape and weight also contribute to high levels of
wrapping efficiency.
Easy to Operate, Clean and Maintain
Set up
is quick and easy using the simple touch screen HMI. Recipe
control, full process visualisation and alarm management make it
easy to monitor and control the process. An automatic wash cycle
and hygienic design features minimise cleaning while maintenance
has been reduced and simplified with a new servo-controlled drive
system.
