Compact Depositing Systems


The Baker Perkins Compact Systems are complete cooking and depositing solutions ideally suited to new entrants or established manufacturers looking to upgrade or extend their production capability.
Each system comprises cooking, depositing and cooling and comes complete with full process and technical support from Baker Perkins, ranging from product and process development in our Innovation Centre to on site commissioning and training.
Two versions are avaialble - Compact Hard Candy and Compact Toffee. Both offer the following benefits

ServoForm hard candy, lollipop and soft confectionery production

1000 kg/hour.
