Autofeed
A continuous batch system for the weighing and mixing of a range of Confectionery ingredients, such as granulated sugar and liquid glucose to a pre-programmed recipe to feed a homogenous slurry to either batch or continuous processing plant. Up to 11 individual ingredients plus small quantities of metered liquid ingredient can be handled. Up to 10 recipes including CIP can be stored in the PLC control system.
A Shearmixer thoroughly mixes the ingredients to ensure that a homogenous slurry is discharged from the weigh hopper, which is mounted on load cells. The weigh system overcomes sources of error found in volumetric systems due to variations in temperature density or viscosity.
The system comes with two sizes of hopper capacity, 200 or 400 kg and also with the option of a heavy duty mixer for high outputs and high viscosity slurries.
