Gum to Mould is a new and innovative technology with the ability to deposit gum base and incorporate gums into candies and lollipops, for totally unique and innovative products that cannot be made with traditional gum forming methods.

The established benefits of the depositing process provide quality and marketing advantages for gum products, including consistently high accuracy of shape and weight for cost control and packaging efficiency. The low scrap rates, labour requirements and maintenance needs also contribute to the attractive cost-of-ownership of the ServoForm™ depositing system.

A complete preparation-to-packaging line can be installed for entry into the deposited gum market, or equipment can be retrofitted to an existing deposited hard candy line.
