Baker Perkins is the acknowledged leader in cooking and depositing systems to produce a full range of quality toffee and caramel.
As well as traditional solid toffee, ingredients such as butter, fondant and a variety of flavours can easily be added.
Products can be made in an assortment of colours, with added-value centre fillings such as jam and chocolate éclair.
The ServoForm depositing platform offers greater quality and flexibility than traditional methods such as die forming or cut and wrap. The nature of the process creates complete control throughout the system, leading to extremely high dimensional shape and weight accuracy, negligible scrap rates and efficient wrapping, plus low maintenance and maximum hygiene at outputs reaching 1500 kg/hour.
The newly upgraded 'Microfilm' confectionery cooker delivers greater product variety, superior quality and higher operational efficiency than traditional cooking methods.
Systems also include Carablend caramelising technology.
Recent innovations include a cooking and depositing solution for confectionery companies needing to make hard candy and toffee on a single production line. This features the new Universal depositor, an addition to the ServoForm range.
The Compact is a new system providing cost-effective production at lower outputs up to 350kg/hour.
