Larger Doors for Recirc Ovens

Recirc ovens can be fitted with larger doors to assist with cleaning
Baker Perkins has available larger access doors for their trademark Recirc™ ovens. The kits can replace damaged or smaller doors or be installed as new ones, creating greater access for sanitation, product inspection and maintenance. The doors provide large 24”x24” apertures with 180 degree “out-of-the-way” openings.
To enhance baking uniformity, the doors have ample insulation, minimizing heat loss and improving efficiency. A smooth outer surface is “cool-to-the-touch.”
To simplify cleandown, the surface is aluminized steel with
stainless steel trim and outer panels. Hinges and latch are chrome
plated and flush against the door. Allowing for greater sanitation
and cleaning, the doors can reduce the chance of oven fires and
make for faster and better access. The units can be installed over
a weekend, minimizing downtime.
