SM World Wirecut

The SM Wirecut is a lower output version of the market -leading World Wirecut machine but with the same weight control and easy operation.

A key benefit is fast payback achieved via significantly reduced product waste, faster changeover, quicker start-ups, and less maintenance time.  Designed for medium output (up to 200 cpm) the SM World Wirecut offers the same high levels of performance, reliability, and product quality Baker Perkins World Wirecuts are known for.   To help manufacturers respond to the ever-increasing rate of new product introductions the SM is offered on short delivery times with the number of variants and options kept to a minimum.  Customers with specific requirements can still get exactly the machine they need from existing World Wirecut range.

Performance benefits include precise weight control (+/- 1% weight variance with standard dough, +/- 2% with inclusions), a patented clamshell head allowing faster replacement of filler block and die assembly, a wide range of doughs and inclusions sizes are accommodated, and controls are simple and intuitive.
