Sales and aftermarket service for the snack industry
Baker Perkins has appointed Johs Rieckermann as its representative in South East Asia for sales and aftermarket service of production equipment for the confectionery, snack and cereal industries.
The agreement covers Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
Rieckermann has an extensive network of offices throughout the region that are staffed by local food industry specialists trained to advise customers on the Baker Perkins range of equipment.
Rieckermann will be fully supported by the comprehensive specialist process expertise and knowledge provided by Baker Perkins at Peterborough in the UK.
Baker Perkins already has a significant installed base of equipment at work in the region, and anticipates that the link with Rieckermann will provide the impetus for business growth.

The wide range of technologies for snack food production offered by Baker Perkins can be installed as part of a new line, or extend an existing one.
