New office to serve customers
Baker Perkins is improving the service it offers to the food industry in South America by opening its own office in the region. Based in Montevideo, Uruguay, it will support new and existing Baker Perkins customers across South America in the confectionery, snack and cereal sectors
Heiko Willerts has been appointed to manage the office. Heiko has many years experience with Baker Perkins and of working in South America, where he was previously the company’s sales manager.
Baker Perkins has a long history of supplying reliable and efficient process technologies to the food industry, including cooking and depositing for hard and soft candies and lollipops; equipment for extruded, co-extruded, baked and hot-air expanded snacks; and systems to make every kind of ready-to-eat breakfast cereal.
Baker Perkins provides high levels of support to customers, from product and process development trials in its Innovation Centre followed by supply and installation of complete process lines and unit machines, to a complete range of Lifetime Support services.
