CCS Sales Team

Four area sales managers

Baker Perkins has strengthened its sales team for confectionery, snack and cereal food process equipment.  Four area sales managers will help customers develop their businesses through Baker Perkins’ unique support package, from product and process trials through plant design, manufacture and installation to a full range of customer services.

Jason Scott, Mark Sheffield and David Symonds all started their careers with Baker Perkins in the 1980s, and have acquired a wealth of experience in the company’s equipment and processes through a variety of process, engineering and sales positions.  Alex McCutcheon has completed an extensive training and familiarisation programme after joining the company as a graduate.

Jason Scott assumes responsibility for serving customers in Africa, the Indian sub-continent and the Middle East; David Symonds for Eastern Europe, Russia and central Asia; and Alex McCutcheon for Western Europe.  Mark Sheffield will continue to look after Asia Pacific, China and Australasia.

This streamlining of the Baker Perkins sales team was triggered by the retirement of sales manager Stuart McGill, after 19 years with Baker Perkins.  He is well known to customers in many parts of the world.

Baker Perkins provides core cooking and depositing technologies to produce hard and soft candies and lollipops; equipment for direct expanded, extruded, co-extruded and baked snacks; and systems to make every kind of ready-to-eat breakfast cereal.  Picture shows, left to right, Jason Scott, Alex McCutcheon and David Symonds.
