Cream Hoppers
Special purpose hoppers feeding cream to the sandwiching machine
include features that ensure accurate deposit weight over extended
periods of operation.
Accurate weight control
Deposit weight for each lane is independently controlled with a
separate inverter driven pump. Pump speed is set to follow the
creamer speed. In some circumstances pump speed may be adjusted by
feedback from a checkweigher, to maintain accuracy over extended
periods.
Easy to clean
Hopper, auger feed and pumps
can be fully dismantled for easy cleaning.
Options
A lower specification machine with a
reduced capital cost may include a single pump feeding each
two-lane stencil. Deposit weight is still set by the speed of the
feed pump, but in this case lane-to-lane balance is achieved by a
manually controlled splitter valve.
