Throughout its long history Baker Perkins has been committed to maintaining and improving its skills through apprenticeships and training. The practical skills and understanding of the business that our apprentices acquire stand them in good stead for careers in every area of our business including manufacturing, installation & commissioning, engineering, sales and customer services. Former apprentices are currently working at all levels in Baker Perkins, up to and including business director.
