Snack and Cereal
Interpack sees the launch of the new SBX Master, a high capacity,
high-torque twin-screw extruder designed to give low production
costs and long-term reliability. Also on display will be a 12
stream co-extrusion die and pillow crimper for production of a
variety of high added value filled snacks.

Confectionery
The stand will feature new
capabilities for the ServoForm confectionery depositor alongside
the ServoGel system - a brand new concept for the production of
deposited jellies and fruit snacks. These new capabilities
strengthen the position of Baker Perkins depositors as the industry
standard for efficient production of high quality deposited
confectionery.

Biscuit
Biscuit equipment will be
represented by the EM390 rotary moulder - being introduced to the
European market for the first time but already well proven in North
America. There will also be a chance to see close up one of the
unique shaftless blades from our HS mixer range.

Product Forum
The product forum is the area of the stand dedicated to new end
products. A wide array of product samples will be avaiailable to
look at and Baker Perkins process technologists will be on hand to
discuss the products and processes.
