By replacing your current wirecut machine with with our new "World" deisgn head you can obtain many of the benefits of a new "World" design machine.

  • Clamshell head design with side filler block removal allos product changeovers in minutes without tools
  • Upgraded filler black technology offers "best-in-class" weight accuracy
  • Static end rings reduce dough leakage
  • Straight isded hopper eliminates dough bridging
  • Cleaning can be accomplished in a fraction of the time required for earlier models
  • The new "World" head can be installed on with your existing base over a weekend

This impingement oven provides a high rate of convection used for rapid baking of products. 

  • Oven is 18" (457mm) wide x 96" long
  • Airflow in each zone is adjustable from 1,200 to 4,000 FPM
  • Mesh width of 18" (457mm) 
  • Overall baking chamber with ancillary equipment footprint length is 150" long and width is 70" wide
  • Zone configuration has two (2) 4' baking zones
  • Modular, plug and play oven and conveyor system completely self contained on the base structure, requiring only the connection of utilities for operation
  • Each baking zone is controlled seperatedly via the PLC which has a color graphic display.
